Foundation Fortified is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

The content provided is for educational and training purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

If you are currently working with a physician, therapist, or other licensed professional, you should continue to follow their guidance.

This program is designed to be used as a supplement, not a replacement for professional care.

2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in mindfulness and stress-regulation practices involves personal awareness.

While many people find these practices helpful, individual experiences may vary.

You are responsible for how you engage with this content.

You may pause or stop any session at any time.

There is no requirement to complete any exercise if it feels uncomfortable or inappropriate for you.

3. DISCOMFORT & EMOTIONAL RESPONSE

In some cases, slowing down and paying attention to internal experience may bring up:

  • stress or restlessness

  • emotional discomfort

  • difficult thoughts or memories

• pause the session
• return to normal activity

If you experience ongoing distress, anxiety, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, it is important to contact a qualified professional or appropriate emergency resources.

4. NOT FOR CRISIS SITUATIONS

Foundation Fortified is not designed for use during a mental health crisis.

If you are in immediate distress or experiencing thoughts of self-harm:

This platform is intended for ongoing training and support, not emergency intervention.

5. USE IN OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS

Sessions should be used only when it is safe to do so.

Do not engage with guided sessions while:

  • driving

  • operating machinery

  • actively engaged in emergency response

Use these sessions during appropriate downtime such as before shift, after shift, or during rest periods.
